Bike or skate into the new year with Time's Up! Meet at 9:45 pm (Williamsburg Bridge, Brooklyn side), 10:00 pm (Washington Square Park Arch), or 10:20 pm (Madison Square Park). Ride to Belvedere Castle for a joyous outdoor after-party with fireworks and dancing. Volunteers needed for ride leaders, so bring festive noisemakers!
